The old house has a complete kitchen, dining room seating up to 20 people, a lovely large living room. Six suites were constructed in about 2000, as was a separate building comprising a three bedroom, two bath apartment.

Unusual nautical articles from the early 1920s abound throughout all the rooms and house. Private decks, patios, BBQ patio seating area creates an opulent feeling of luxury. Flat screen TVs, excellent beds and bedding, wonderful water views, natural light.

Eight of the suites have fireplaces and water views, two have claw foot bath tubs, all have interesting furnishings, period furniture with coordinated spreads, pillow shams, high quality towels.
The Inn was certified GREEN two years ago.
