  • Location: The hotel is located on the motel row of Monterey, Munras Avenue, across from the Del Monte Center. Two miles from the Monterey Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Carmel and one half mile from Monterey's Fisherman's Wharf.
     
  • Guest rooms: There are 20 units. One king with fireplace and Jacuzzi, one queen with Jacuzzi and eighteen large units comprising eleven kings and seven double kings. All rooms are large and well appointed.
     
  • Amenities: All rooms have microwave/refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, WIFI, state-of-the-art heating air-conditioning systems (extra quiet), computerized reservation system, bathrooms with granite counter tops and tile flooring. Renovation of eleven units (rear building) included removal of all walls and flooring down to the studs, replacing all electrical, plumbing, insulation, doors, windows etc. This renovation took place in 2002. The remaining 9 units were renovated in 2010 including all new windows in May 2011.
