  • Guest rooms: There are forty seven rooms, eleven kings (four have jacuzzi tubs and are extra large rooms), seven single queens and twenty nine double queens. Almost all of the units have real tile floors installed within the past 12 months. Excellent condition all concrete parking lot.
     
  • Amenities: All furnishings, fixtures, equipment, beds, headboards, were upgraded over the past 18 months. All rooms have individual air-condition/heatpump, flat screen Tvs, refrigerators, microwaves, iron ironing boards, hair dryers. Large Breakfast room.
     
  • Extras: Huge Three bedroom one and half baths living quarters detached from the hotel. Travelodge inspection last year received total As in all categories.
     
  • Description: There are two one storey buildings, one two-storey plus the detached two storey Living Quarters/Front office. Construction is of frame and wood, all metal or tile roofs.
     
  • Age: Modern Spanish style construction built in the eighties.
