  • Deer Haven Suites was built in the eighties and Deer Haven Inn in the seventies. The ownership of each remained separate until approximately 1995 when one owner purchased both and combined their operations. That owner sold the two properties to the current owner five years ago who continued to run the two properties as one. The current owner is retiring and offering the two for sale as a unit or either property individually.
  • Location: Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula two blocks from Asilomar State Beach and across the street from Asilomar Conference Center. Less than a mile from Pebble Beach, a few miles from Carmel and Monterey, two miles from the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Peaceful, wooded setting.

    Suites consist of five two-storey buildings, frame/wood siding/stucco with twenty-four units. There is a four person Sauna, six person spa and full barbeque facility. Eight one bedroom suites, eight two bedroom suites, four king suites, three king suites with Jacuzzis, and one honeymoon suite with Jacuzzi and fireplace. Ten of the Suites have been totally remodeled. All suites have full kitchens.
    The Inn has two two-story buildings. Frame/wood siding. Twenty-six units, all with fireplaces; 9 kings and 17 double queens.
  • Amenities: All rooms are equipped with refrigerators, hair dryers, WIFI, Direct television with HBO. All bathrooms have tub/showers and many have been upgraded with new tile. Phone system is Call America with voice mail. Both properties have ample off street parking and laundry facilities. All rooms have electric heat and vinyl double-glazed windows.
  • Extras: Asilomar Conference Center accommodates conferences of 1000 or more people with its many large meeting areas and full restaurant, with lodging facilities for only a small portion of this capacity. Conference attendees generally spend three to four days, creating an overflow of guests. The overflow goes to the three adjacent Inns of which Deer Haven is the largest. This overflow business ensures high occupancy and price stability year round.
