The Shasta Pines Motel & Suites is on the main street (Highway Hwy 299) in the town of Burney, CA. Burney is a picturesque village 50 miles North and East of Interstate 5 at Redding, CA.
Burney Mountain at 7,863 feet is one of the most beautiful mountain peaks in Northern California. From the summit, there are great views of Mount Shasta to the North, Lassen Peak to the South, Black Bute, Castle Crags and Soldier Mountain.

There are 30 rooms comprising two single storey buildings and one two story building. The latter was built new in 2000. There are 8 kings, 10 queens, 8 double queens and 4 are double. All rooms have individual heat, either gas or electric.

All rooms have individual air conditioning and offer the Simmons 2" pillow top beds. All furnishings, fixtures, equipment, beds, headboards, linens are of high quality. All rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, hair dryers, new large high definition flat screen TVs.

The current owner has had the motel for twenty six years and has considered the long term in making decisions to spend money on capital improvements. The buildings are well maintained. Roofs were replaced within the past sever years. Large on site laundry and storage facilities.
