  • Amenities: All furnishings, fixtures, equipment, beds, headboards, highest quality bath room fixtures/cabinetry, linens were totally replaced in 2008. Nineteen rooms have lovely gas fireplaces. Attention to quality throughout. Ample parking for all untis.
     
  • Extras: The entire group of buildings was tastefully painted in 2008 and the professional landscaping is now mature. In house commercial laundry. All linens and equipment owned.
     
  • Description: There are three one storey buildings and two are two-storey. Construction is of frame and wood siding mixed with concrete stucco and plaster.
     
  • Age: The units were built at various times throughout the past sixty years with major remodeling being done in the seventies and completely rebuilt in 2007/2008.
     
  • Land: Approximately two thirds of an acre.
     
  • Asking Price: $5,500,000
